recruitment ratio

а) упр. (отношение количества нанятых на работу к общему количеству людей, подавших заявление о приеме на работу)
б) упр. (количество потенциальных работников, которых нужно опросить и протестировать, чтобы получить одного реального агента)
2) упр. соотношение приема* (соотношение численности различных типов работников, нанимаемых организацией)

the male/female recruitment ratio is 50:50 — соотношение принятых на работу мужчин и женщин равно 1 к 1
